Request for demon removal results in arrest of two on drugs charges

Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon reports that on Saturday, November 26th, 2016, at approximately 1:30am, Deputy Zackary Dunigan was summoned for help by a nearby motorist at the Paris Road Minit Mart.

Deputy Dunigan made contact with the operator of the vehicle, 43-year-old Jamie Falzone and passenger, 41-year-old William Falzone, both of Paducah, KY. Both of the Falzone’s were requesting the Deputy’s help with what was being described as a demon on top of their car. After administering field sobriety test, it was determined that Jamie Falzone was operating the motor vehicle while being impaired. A search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Jamie Falzone was charged with DUI 1st offense, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

William Falzone was also placed under arrest and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by the Mayfield Police Department.

No demon was located.
